Where is my Order?

If you are unable to track your order from the shipping carrier, or a tracking number was not provided, please email us at orders@bellaverityboutique.com and provide us with your ship-to name, the order number, the email address used to place the order and phone number associated with the order. Please note tracking may not be available or provided depending on shipping service selected.

 When will my Order ship?

Orders from collections other than our Bellaverity Collection are typically shipped within 3 business days of placing the order. We currently do not offer any form of expedited shipping and only have the standard shipping option.

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 4-6 business days after order has shipped

Can I cancel my Order?

If you need to cancel an order, email us at cancelmyorder@bellaverityboutique.com within an hour of placing order.  Cancels are not guaranteed.

What if my Order is Incorrect?

If you received an incorrect item(s), please contact us at orders@bellaverityboutique.com with your order number, the email address associated with the order, phone number associated with order and what items are incorrect. We will do our best to resolve your order promptly.

How do I return a product that is Incorrect or Damaged on Arrival?

In an unfortunate situation that a product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, an exchange or store credit will be valid. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. A request in writing MUST FIRST be emailed to returns@bellaverityboutique.com before an order is returned. What is Bellaverity's warranty policy?

We do not offer a warranty on our products. If the product is damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund policy regarding these products.

Where is my International Order?

Currently we are only shipping in the United States and Canada. 

Packages shipped to addresses in Canada generally take 10-15 business days to arrive not including the processing and handling time.  

Please refer to the tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to track your order after contacting the shipping carrier, please email us at internationalorders@bellaverityboutique.com and we will do our best to resolve your order promptly.

How much does Shipping Cost?

U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping is $9 

Heavy Goods shipping is $18

Other rates than listed above may vary depending on weight, size or amount of order. Rates may vary for third-party shipping and be additional to rates listed above for those made to order items in our Bellaverity Collection.  Free shipping may be offered on all orders in U.S as promotional purposes, minimum order amount may vary. International shipping (Canada currently) is subject to a minimum order of $30 with a Standard Shipping rate of $28. Any U.S. or Canada shipping rate is subject to change at anytime without notice

Why is there tax on my Order?

Our place of business is located in Maryland. We are required by state law to charge taxes for any orders placed in Maryland. So if you live in Maryland, or place an order with a billing or shipping address in Maryland, tax will be added.

All other states and International Orders are subject to taxes as applicable.
