We accept returns! All purchases must be returned with a postmark date within 10 days of date of arrival if purchased online and include a Return Authorization Number (ROA).
Purchases returned and received with this postmark date and ROA will follow return policy. Original and Return shipping is at customer's expense and is non-refundable. Refunds for product only, no exchanges. Returns must not be Damaged or Used or have been washed to be eligible for a refund, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.If the product has obvious signs of use not due to our error, we reserve the right to not refund the item. Sale items are final and are not refundable or returnable.
If returning an item, you MUST CONTACT US in writing BEFORE returning your item with the intent to return by emailing to: email@example.com. Include in your email: your full name, product name, order number and reason for return. Once received, a return authorization number will be issued. Please include this ROA (return authorization number) in your return package.

DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product you receive is Defective or Damaged upon arrival, it is eligible for exchange of same item or store credit only. It must be returned within 10 days of the date of arrival and will only be exchanged for same product, size and color. If product that was purchased is not in stock, only then a store credit will be issued.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
You MUST CONTACT US in writing by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE returning your item with intent to do so. If not, we reserve the right to deny any return, exchange of damaged item or store credit where applicable.
If the product has obvious signs of use not due to our error, it will not be refunded or exchanged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and will NOT be refunded if returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, Creams, Lotions, Skin Items, Make-up, Body Lotions, Perfume or any type of Cosmetics. Book, cards or paper products with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, store credit or refund.
If you are approved, then your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or new replacement item will be mailed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded, given a store credit or replaced.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items with the same item if they are defective or damaged. Regular returns will only be issued a refund. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return on the defective or damaged item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return and/or original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
